I have tried that, I have tried not ticking any box, just clicking the done and then the green button to go to pdf but it still returns to home phone screen and app closes and all data cleared!

Ok, so the crash is on save. Try not saving manually, and go to the end of the certificate, iCertifi will save automatically at the PDF screen.
Let's see if crashes during the pdf generation process so as to get a potential workaround

I’ve tried to record it but am struggling.
I left the template as you said, I ticked the button saying circuit complete. Then ticked done, tried to save progress from the menu on the blue button, returned me to my home phone screen and nothing saved.

Ok leave the circuit template button, you can always copy and paste circuits. Some people mistakenly think you need to tap the circuit template to save the circuit which is not correct
If you can send a quick vid of what happening that would be really helpful as we can save a whole lot of time with what is going on
Thanks!

Thank you for responding. I am trying to complete domestic certs for my partners business. I have updated all apps etc. it is still crashing. I am using iPhone 12, IOS 17.2.1. ICertifi 12.11.44. I have reinstated the app, restarted my phone, and it still will not save data. I complete the forms, then complete the circuit templates, when I try to save or move forward the app closes and returns to my phone Home Screen and all data has been wiped. This has taken over 6 hours if my time so far to try to get one cert completed. This is not efficient. Thanks Karen

Provide...
• Steps to reproduce the issue
• *video illustrating the issue
• Affected devices including the model
• The version of iOS your device is running (Settings >Genral > About: iOS Version)
• The version of iCertifi you are on. (This can be found by tapping the info button on the iCertifi home screen)
• Any error messages received
After we receive all the requested information, we will investigate further and let you know when we have an update.
*How To Record your screen
Go to Settings > Control Center > Customize Controls, then tap next to Screen Recording.
Swipe up from the bottom edge of any screen. On iPhone X or later or iPad with iOS 12 or later, swipe down from the upper-right corner of the screen.
Press deeply on and tap Microphone.
Tap Start Recording, then wait for the three-second countdown.
Open Control Center and tap . Or tap the red status bar at the top of your screen and tap Stop.
Go to the Photos app and select your screen recording
