Cant Send Email

iCertifi does not actually send your electrical certificate.  This is handled by your server/email provider.  If you can't send certificates through email,  first check if you have an internet connection.  If certificates  won't send you will get an error message explaining why it can't be sent.  If you don't get an error message check your email outbox.  Most email accounts have a maximum file size limit.  If your certificate exceeds this you may get an error message and/or it may be placed in your outbox.  If your certificate exceeds your email providers email attachment size,  simply upload the certificate to Dropbox and share the download link with your customer.  They do not need to have Dropbox to receive the certificate
