Paid/Renewed subscription But App Still Says "Not Subscribed"

First please check your iTunes account and make sure the purchase is not "Pending" in your purchase history.  Details of how to find your purchase history can be found here: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT204088

If your payment is pending please supply the following when contacting us:

1.  The email you use for your iCertifi account

2. *A screenshot of the receipt for your purchase (you can obscure any private details if you want to)

*If you have not got your receipt yet for the in-app purchase this can be found in the transaction history of your iTunes account.
