This sometimes happens if connection is lost during transaction process briefly or the App Store doesn't send the correct payment token to the app.
If this does happen please choose one of the following
Subscribe again and the app should unlock instantly. (If you are billed twice please contact apple for a refund of one of the subscriptions)
Please supply the following when contacting us:
1. The email you use for your iCertifi account
2. *A screenshot of the receipt for your purchase (you can obscure any private details if you want to)
*If you have not got your receipt yet for the in app purchase this can be found in the transaction history of your iTunes account.
